HOW IT WORKS
How ZSR® Works
Conventional recycling methods like dissolved air flotation (DAF) or “floc and float” need to create waste solids to remove harmful contaminants, a process requiring expensive and non-sustainable removal, haul-off and disposal.
ZSR® skips the solids creation process altogether.
Zero Solids® technology and EK One® carbon-based chemistry have been combined to create the disruptive ZSR system, a closed loop recycling system that removes harmful contaminants through chemical reactions that keep the contaminants permanently sequestered “in solution”, eliminating the solids creation process altogether.
